Replacement Diploma Order Form



Alumni who desire to replace a lost or damaged diploma may do so using this form. A $30 payment via credit or debit card is required when submitting the form. All orders come complete with a printed and PDF version of the diploma.

Please note: if you are a recent graduate who did NOT receive a diploma following commencement, please do not order using this form. Contact the registrar's office by email at registrar@albright.edu or by calling 610-921-7256.

Processing takes approximately 3 - 4 weeks. Please note that all replacement diplomas will be signed by the current administration. Send questions to the Alumni Relations office by email at alumni@albright.edu or by calling 610-921-7510.
